CTO will deliver your delicious Chinese entrees to where you work and where you live for a casual meal or a special party, so you can save yourself time and unnecessary frustration in driving through traffic and bad weather.  Spend more time with friends and family or doing the things you enjoy in life, and leave the driving to us.

Costs of car maintenance, repair, and insurance are very high. Gasoline prices continue to rise. Drivers are paid minimum wage. Like servers, they depend on generous tips to make a living and also to keep their cars running.
